I happily was given this cordless phone for my birthday to put in my room. It is a very nice cordless phone with caller ID and call waiting ID and a backlit keypad. It has proved to be reliable comparing it to other cordless phones in my house. I constantly find my family using my phone because their’s is dead or not working correctly. One nice feature on this phone is the format button. On other cordless phones I’ve seen, when you try to call someone back by pushing talk when you find the number in your caller ID list, it will dial 1 and the area code and the number. Usually this isn’t what you want to dial. With this phone you just push the format button until it is as you want it to be dialed and then press talk. This is a nice and affordable cordless phone for any household.
